libhibernate-validator-java software package provides Hibernate Validator, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhibernate-validator-java
libhibernate-validator-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhibernate-validator-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhibernate-validator-java *
You will get with libhibernate-validator-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
